SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Your orders will be shipped to your registered delivery address by courier within 7 business days. Please verify the accuracy of your delivery address before placing your order. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled.

Your orders will be shipped to your registered shipping address by courier within 7 business days. Please verify the accuracy of your shipping address before placing your order. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled.

If for any reason you refuse delivery or are unable to make delivery despite the courier company's reasonable attempts, your product will be returned to the Ticsbrand office and you will be charged any unpaid taxes, duties and additional shipping costs.

In accordance with relevant legislation, service providers (postal and cargo companies) record, at a minimum, the recipient's name, surname, and Turkish ID number (...) during the delivery phase of mail items to the recipient. This information is kept confidential for at least two years, ensuring its confidentiality and ready for submission to the relevant authorities when necessary. If the recipient refuses to provide their identification information, the item will not be delivered and will be returned to the sender.

Our products are shipped via home delivery unless a special situation arises with regional customs authorities. Our solution partner in this regard is [Your International Cargo Partner, e.g., DHL] , which has a strong logistics network and local offices in all countries. Therefore, and in accordance with Turkish customs regulations, shipments to Middle Eastern countries cannot be returned.
PRODUCT RETURN PROCESS

There are no "Money" Refunds or Exchanges for products in the SPECIAL DISCOUNT / "OUTLET" CATEGORY .
For products requiring hygiene measures (swimsuits, masks, underwear, etc.), size exchanges and returns are not possible. For other accessory groups (necklaces, belts, hats, bags, bracelets, etc.), only size exchanges are possible.
In accordance with the rules stated above for the product or products to be returned, the products to be returned must be undamaged, unused and in compliance with the return conditions.
REFUNDS
If the returned products meet the specified return conditions, the refund amount will be deposited to the bank within three business days of the products arriving at the online warehouse. Refunds can take an average of 3-7 business days to appear on credit cards, depending on the bank's application guidelines.
SHIPPING APPLICATION DURING THE RETURN PROCESS
